Who we are

Phoenix Journals provides homework journals to primary schools, funded by local businesses. This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to type into our forms:

• Contact form: your name, your school or business name, your email address, your phone number (if you give it) and your message.
• School registration form: the school's name and address, a phone number, the principal's or secretary's email address and the number of pupils.

We don't ask for information about individual pupils, and we don't ask for payment details.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, and to arrange journals, certificates or sponsorship with your school or business. We don't sell your details or pass them on for anyone else's marketing.

Who handles it

• This website and its forms are run by Wix. Wix stores each form entry in our account, emails it to us, and handles technical information such as your IP address in order to show you the pages.
• The lettering on this site is loaded from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to work with your school or business. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under data protection law (GDPR), you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, and object to how we use them. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
